This is a competition entry that Holder Mathias and CZWG submitted with its developer client Eastcott Regeneration Partnership.  It reflects the Council´s vision to improve and regain Swindon´s status as a strong sub–regional centre, influence the wider catchment area, and through that influence, stimulate even further involvement in the town.

Strategically placed at the centre, the site represents a fabulous opportunity to extend and mix neighbouring uses into a brilliantly active place that will truly be an exchange between people and communities.
