£6mThis building was designed by Holder Mathias Architects in association with Takanaka (UK) Ltd., to provide production space for the manufacture and assembly of electronic typewriters and printers, warehousing and office space. Careful attention was paid to the external design and the surrounding landscape because of the building´s proximity to the Grade I listed Tredegar House.
