£21mHaving completed the first phase of the development, Free Trade Wharf, Holder Mathias Architects was commissioned to design and obtain planning permission for the adjoining second phase. Atlantic Wharf, as it is now known, comprises 213 one, two and three bedroom apartments at a dramatic riverside vantage point. To maximise the benefit of the river views, all apartments have a south facing terrace or balcony.
