Phase I and II of this retail development includes a new 45,000 sq ft Homebase store with garden centre, Magnet showroom and remodelling the existing Matalan. The vacant Wicks unit, also refurbished and extended to create two new retail units.

Each retailer is provided with a clear identity within a crisp modern idiom which has made a significant contribution to the regeneration of the eastern approach to Cardiff.
