This is Ireland´s first factory outlet centre. Capitalising on an existing outline planning consent the design is an imaginative conversion and remodelling of the existing industrial units on the site. Retail units arranged on either side of a glazed internal mall and a covered external promenade, allow simple and convenient customer circulation past all units. Entrances to the mall are protected by glass canopies.

Parking for 550 vehicles has been provided with hard and soft landscaping including block paviors and flags softened with extensive shrub, tree and grass planting.
