£2.5mCardiff Bay´s nineteenth century stone–built Custom House was extensively redevelopment in order to provide one of the area´s newest public houses. Located at a prime waters´ edge site, the external appearance of this traditional square building will remains the same, but a new extension brings the total floor area up to 6,500 sqft. The juxtaposition of old and new has been sensitively handled, and the design has a distinctly maritime influence.
