£10mHolder Mathias Architects was commissioned to design this office building on an important site facing Cardiff Castle and the city´s civic centre. The building provides 68,000 sqft net lettable space and65 car parking spaces in a three level basement area. The plan is a ´U´ shape around an atrium which has open glazed sides and an arched roof. In addition to normal planning, Royal Fine Arts Commission approval was obtained for this project.
