£8mHolder Mathias Architects was appointed by Regalian to create a prestige residential development at 93 Ebury Bridge Road, London. The scheme, which replaces a redundant office block, comprises up to eight storeys of 77 flats and includes two luxury penthouses. The building facades share architectural features that complement the other nineteenth century buildings in the road. We have avoided pastiche and concentrated on the use of Portland Stone and fine architectural detailing which complement existing features.
