The project caters for 4,500 guests at any one time, accommodated in 750 forest lodges, waterside villas and 90 study bedrooms. The social and entertainment focus of the development is the Village Centre, comprising shops, restaurants and wine bars, cinemas and theatres, ten pin bowling and other associated facilities such as a creche, children´s play areas and medical centre. A subtropical waterworld forms part of the centre. Innovative structural solutions create large spans with all the commercial uses fronting onto sheltered, but heavily landscaped space.
