The Cardiff Bay Asda store is situated on a visually important site reclaimed from an old gasworks, which now forms a retail park incorporating the 90,000 sqft store, numerous non–food retail units, a fast food outlet and petrol filling station. The store is the third of its type designed by Holder Mathias Architects and was delivered on time with budgetary savings.
