Phase 5 of the Tarmac Homes development at Atlantic Wharf consists of 130 town houses and apartments and represented a significant departure in development form for the client.
A series of streets, courts and open spaces modelled on the Edwardian legacy in Cardiff were created bringing an urban character to the first phase of Cardiff Bay.
The design, which became the company´s best selling development, has now been repeated across South Wales.
