Holder Mathias Architects was commissioned to review the opportunity for a high–rise apartment building incorporating new marina facilities and A3 offers. The solution exploits the opportunities of scale and siting to provide an extremely dramatic, sculptural architectural statement. The stepped arrangement provides for 15 storeys of residential accommodation over the marina facilities and restaurants, a range of options are incorporated in terms of apartment type and configuration generating between 106 and 115 units of various sizes.
