As part of its commission to design the NCM building at Capital Waterside, Holder Mathias Architects was responsible for both the immediate context of the building and the completion of the masterplan, including the design and implementation of: a civic frontage to the NCM main entrance facing onto Harbour Drive; Harbour Drive; Britannia Quay; the pedestrian bridge spanning the commercial dock at the eastern end of Britannia Quay; the northern end of the Waterfront Park and completing the project up to the Bute East Basin inlet.
