Since the acquisition of the Esporta Group and Invicta Leisure Ltd by Duke Street Investments the two brands have been merged under the Esporta name.  Holder Mathias has opened new Esporta Clubs in Taunton, Harlow and Stafford, and are also involved in extending the existing health club at Rushington into a full size tennis and racquet club.

All are based around a range of fitness and health facilities that includes a 25 x 10m swimming pool and ancillary spa area together with a 6,000 sq ft gymnasium, aerobics room, spinning room, changing room and cafe bar areas.  Depending upon size they also contain a creche and health and beauty treatment suites.
