Admirals landing is a development of 95 apartments and 14 retail units enjoying a unique position at the head of the former Bute East Dock, now Atlantic Wharf. The design approach, which was subject to close scrutiny by the Royal Fine Arts Commission, is one of introducing an urban character to the northern end of the dock which makes a connection between the three adjacent existing 19th Century warehouses.

The design is conceived as a series of warehouses along the dock edge, with a distinct rotunda at the north west corner, defining the entrance to a dockside colonnade linking to the existing Bonded Warehouse colonnade and providing an opportunity for retail units on the entire ground floor of the development.
