This two–storey designer outlet shopping centre is the first of its type in Germany.  Designed by Holder Mathias, it provides retail and food court space in three interlinked pavilions.

Building on their experience as designer outlet specialists, Holder Mathias has developed an innovative solution responding to the constraints of the site and the German planning system, providing an exciting precedent for future development.

Simple, elegantly detailed, naturally lit malls are created within each pavilion to provide the customer with a sophisticated and contemporary shopping environment.  Car parking spaces are provided in a combination of structured and surface parking within the context of the overall Demex Park development.
