£4mHolder Mathias were approached by Legoland Development Inc. who are investing a total of DEM 300 million in the Bavarian town of Gunzberg, situated by Germany´s A8 autobahn between Munich and Stuttgart, through the Joint Venture Company of CBS, to advise on local planning and detail design issues in the context of German Regulations for the new Legoland in Germany.
Construction on the 140 hectare site started in December 2000 and is the culmination of an extensive design process involving international specialist consultants based in North Amercia, Canada and Europe.
The world´s fourth LEGOLAND park opened in the summer of 2002.
