£8mHolder Mathias Architects was commissioned in late 1987 to design a speculative industrial unit on the former Bromley Gas Works site in East London. The brief called for this 20,000 sq ft facility at Canning Town in the London Borough of Newham, E16 to provide one large production and warehouse unit capable of sub–division into four units.
