This is a new mixed use development on a site adjacent to the Dudley Canal at Brierley Hill in the West Midlands and adjacent to the Merry Hill Regional Shopping Centre.

The project comprises two 60,000 sq. ft office units together with 98 residential apartments and a series of bars and restaurants positioned at key points along the new canal towpaths created as part of the scheme.
