This regeneration project has been developed in partnership between Holder Mathias, Centros Miller, The Welsh Development Agency and Torfaen County Borough Council.

The urban design scheme extends 6.8 acres along the western flank of Pontypool town centre.

Anchored by a new Tesco four new retail units have been constructed along the north west boundary on a former surface level car park.  The new retail units create the urban enclosure to the street and reinforce pedestrian and visual links from the main shopping street to the new development along the town´s western boundary.
