Holder Mathias Architects has designed a new development in Creek Road Greenwich which consists of 39 new flats above an adult education facility.

The education space has been designed to provide a new centre for the Greenwich Community College and incorporates a cafe/restaurant, teaching space, technician and office space, a library and a creche.
The project accomodates approximately 300 students.

The elevations of the building reflect the different types of accommodation within, and also incorporate our design for public art – a series of metal silhouettes of people are arranged around the college elevations expressing the public nature of the college within.
