Work starts to return Gwyn Hall to its glory days

Work has started on the refurbishment of Gwyn Hall in Neath. The community arts centre was largely destroyed by a fire in October 2007, and Holder Mathias Architects has designed a new centre using the shell of the building which burnt down.
