Known as The Ellipse, the project was realised by Global invester, Babcock & Brown for the Welsh Assembly Government, who have leased the property. WAG, in turn will sub–let WISP Swansea either to a single tenant or as a multi–let building.

Holder Mathias was chosen as partner architect for this and two other WISP projects following a design competition. The design was chosen because of its high visual quality and also its inherent flexibility. More WISP projects are underway in Newport and Nantgarw.
