We have designed the Yes! project in conjunction with CZWG´s Piers Gough. After a decision not to call–in the proposals, planning consent was granted in the summer of 2006.

Yes! is set in green belt land between Rotherham and Sheffield, next to the Rother Valley Country Park. The scheme includes hotels, indoor and extreme sports, a conference and exhibition centre and golf. It has a total value of £270 million.
