£5mThis is a new development of holiday accommodation at the Butlins Resort Minehead. It is a four–storey development of far higher quality than anything currently available at the Resort. The building design has been influenced by the art deco style, and has been conceived to be a landmark that will enhance the skyline of Minehead.
The new building provides 24 units that will be let out on a timeshare principle. It is envisaged, therefore, that the development will be used most of the year. It was opened in the Summer of 2007 to critical acclaim by Butlins customers and the management of Butlins.
