Lucknam Park Hotel is a fine listed building set in beautiful parkland with a reputation as one of the UK´s most highly regarded country house hotels.
Holder Mathias’ concept for the new spa and restaurant respects the special character of the house and grounds through an unashamedly contemporary approach without resorting to pastiche. The spa building is hidden below two new walled gardens, invisible from the hotel, without detracting from its character or setting. The new facilities were handed over in November 2008 to high acclaim.
