The project continues Prudential´s investment in the redevelopment of Cwmbran Town Centre.
The project is the first phase of works within the town centre relating to the ten year vision and future development framework identified in the masterplan for Cwmbran Town Centre, produced by Holder Mathias.

This area forms the gateway to the town centre on the main approach from Newport and the M4. Holder Mathias´ designs reflects this strategic importance by focusing on the provision of a major arrival point to the town centre. A new circulation tower with stairs and lifts were added to the building, linking the car park levels to the new retail mall and exisiting pedestrian thoroughfares.

These continued enhancements have contributed to improved retail opportunities, resulting in immediate benefits to the revitalisation of the town.
