The project involves an area of over 17 hectacres of industrial land, close to the heart of Chippenham, a market town in Wiltshire.

 
The masterplan retains the existing industrial uses and employs redundant land and buildings to create a mixed–use development.  Anchored by a supermarket, the project provides much needed housing and jobs.
