This project was implemented by Holder Mathias as a part of the regeneration of Hull City Centre.  The scheme was detailed and supervised on site by Holder Mathias, to the satisfaction of Wikinson Eyre, who designed it.  The building provides a bus station and improved Paragon railway station, which gives access to the St Stephen´s shopping centre, also designed by Holder Mathias.

The project has involved dealing with Network Rail, bus operators, English Heritage and the local authority to ensure that widely differing challenges were met.
