The Bargoed scheme is to be developed on a man–made plateau and will be spilt into tow key buildings. The north facing retail block will address Bargoed High Street and the second block will be at the south end of the development.
The two buildings will be connected by a two level car–park, public walkway and canopies. Once completed, the four–storey development will offer residents and visitors to Bargoed, a Sainsbury’s supermarket, a five–screen Apollo Cinema, 48 apartments, approximately 500 parking spaces and a mixture of shops, cafes and restaurants.
