This is a residential development in Bute Terrace, Cardiff that is one of Cardiff´s tallest buildings. The development is 23 storeys high, with a finished value of circa £40 million. Part of the original Victorian façade is retained to create a three–storey main foyer with a glass atrium roof. Behind this is secure car parking with an apartment complex above. The apartment block design resembles a ´three–leaf clover´ footprint shape, with three curved wings around a central core.
