The Victoria Wharf development is a mainly residential scheme of high quality riverside apartments and townhouses. It is located on a prominent peninsula within one of the remaining development sites in Cardiff Bay. A series of residential courts which can be phased and developed on a flexible basis, are sited alongside the River Ely in a series of towers. The towers punctuate the river elevation while also complementing the waters´ edge location. The whole scheme will create a high quality public realm which has attractively landscaped spaces including pedestrian and cycle access to a new Riverwalk.
