This project took a 1960s office block and transformed it into contemporary apartments for City Loft Developments. This is a typical project for our client, which has a partnership with Conran and Partners, who are responsible for the interior design the 140 apartments.

Holder Mathias were instrumental in securing the planning consent for the scheme and delivered the design on time and within budget, creating a new standard for city centre living on the east side of Cardiff.

The scheme significantly enhances the busy Newport Road in Cardiff, which is one of the main roads into the Welsh Capital from the East.
