This is a group of twelve houses that have been designed in a highly contemporary style in a strategic location overlooking Langland Bay in the Gower, South Wales.  The site is a wooded bank above Langland Cliff, which leads down to the sandy beach of Langland Bay.

The houses take their inspiration from nearby Clyne Castle Houses, also designed by Holder Mathias.  They maximise their position overlooking the sea while minimising their impact on the adjoining properties with their low profile, part suberranean layout and flat roof terraces.
