Holder Mathias Architects was commissioned by PMG Developments to obtain planning permission for this £20m, 67,000 sqft retail development in Llanishen, North Cardiff.

Marks & Spencer will occupy a 15,500 sqft food unit as anchor with an additional five units and 335 car parking spaces. Planning permission was granted in April 2002.

The development has been designed to provide flexible unit sizes and a clear identity for each retailer within a crisp modern idiom.
