Holder Mathias and The Colman Partnership worked on this major remodeling scheme at the Capitol Centre which transformed the Victorian style 80s–built centre into a steel and glass flagship shopping mall.

 

The centre comprises two storeys of retail on ground levels and a basement for deliveries and storage. It also has a direct link to the adjacent Odeon cinema.
