Holder Mathias Architects was selected to carry out the design for GVA Development Holdings for the Budapest Outlet Centre, 10km west of Budapest.

Its siting is typical of outlet centres in Europe, adjacent to a major motoway link – in this case, the M1 between Budapest and Vienna.

The design is an integration of the local Hungarian vernacular and it provides a blend of unit size, a major public ´square´ and food court.
