£12mHolder Mathias Architects was responsible site selection design and construction of this Gold Medal–winning building for NCM at Capital Waterside in Cardiff Bay. 107,000 sqft of offices with an undercroft accommodating 92 cars was evolved around a central atrium providing efficient circulation and operational conditions. The concept reflects the culture of the company and their requirement for a "remarkable and timeless building". The building is located in a prime position on the water´s edge of the Inner Harbour and the design takes its influence from the maritime setting.
