As lead architect to the Welsh Investment Strategic Partnership, a consortium led by global investor Babcock & Brown and backed by the Welsh Assembly Government, Holder Mathias was selected for WISP projects in Swansea and others in South Wales.

The Swansea scheme is located in Fabian Way, SA1 Swansea Waterfront, the building is on a gateway site in this fast–regenerating area. The Holder Mathias design was chosen after a nine–month selection process, with quality of design at the top of WISP’s agenda. The design achieves high levels of flexibility and it would be equally suited to a single HQ occupier or as a multi–let building.
