As lead architect to the Welsh Investment Strategic Partnership, a consortium led by global investor Babcock & Brown and backed by the Welsh Assembly Government, Holder Mathias was selected for WISP projects in Newport and others in South Wales.

Newport WISP project has been developed in association with TACP. The Holder Mathias design was chosen after a nine–month selection process, with quality of design at the top of WISP’s agenda. The design achieves high levels of flexibility and it would be equally suited to a single HQ occupier or as a multi–let building. Holder Mathias is also engaged on WISP projects in Nantgarw and Swansea.
