Holder Mathias was part of the O.G.C. Framework Design Consortium led by Gardiner and Theobald, to masterplan and design a six hectare site on the edge of the Baglan Energy Park.

The new site enables the client to consolidate many services into a new low energy BREEAM excellent rated building.
