Holder Mathias Architects was commissioned by Valad to perform the complete re–development of the existing office building site by providing about 3,300 sq. m of new, high quality, flexible office space, re–organized vehicular access and parking and a new exterior landscaped area. The new building is capable of being occupied by multiple clients or let as a single headquarters building. Accommodation includes four storeys of Grade A office floor space, a contemporary reception area and restroom facilities.
